Industrial facility

In industrial developments the architectural design is only one layer. The layout is driven by the production process, the servicing requirements, the availability of infrastructure and the environmental and sanitary constraints.

Starting point

We began by establishing what the property allowed and what the process taking place inside it required. We identified which discipline studies would be needed, in what order they should be produced and which decisions had to be taken before design work began.

Coordination

The scope covered work with discipline engineers, environmental specialists and utility operators. Our role was to keep the studies mutually consistent and to ensure that technical and formal decisions were taken at the right moment rather than after the design had closed.

Permits

We handled the documentation, applications and consultations, including environmental and technology matters. The scope and timing of administrative work were set at the outset and updated as questions arose from the authorities.
