Housing development in Kołobrzeg

This scheme brings together every area of Architica's work. On the design side we were responsible for the concept, the building layout and the site development, and then for the documentation and the coordination of discipline studies. In parallel we handled the administrative procedures and consultations with utility operators.

Scope of work

Once decisions were in place, the scope extended to preparing the development for market: unit fact sheets and sales floor plans derived directly from the documentation, area and availability schedules, work on the scheme's identity and the delivery of marketing activity.

Architica also set up the sales office and runs the sales process on the investor's behalf — handling enquiries, working in a CRM, presenting units, meeting prospective buyers and coordinating reservations and the steps that follow.

Why it works

The same team that prepared the design and documentation is responsible for what is communicated to buyers. Sales material therefore matches the actual scope of the development, and buyers' technical questions do not have to travel through several independent parties.

The scope of representation, the rules for contact with buyers and the fee model were agreed separately for this development.
