Please do not send originals of documents or data that is not needed for an initial assessment of your case.

- Answering your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal — Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Keeping a record of correspondence for the purpose of defending against possible claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. How long we keep it

5. Recipients
Your message reaches us by email. Our hosting and email providers act as processors. Do uzupełnienia: nazwy dostawców i informacja o umowach powierzenia.
If your case concerns financing, information may be passed to our credit partner — only with your knowledge and consent. Credit brokerage is carried out by a separate partner firm acting as its own controller.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third-party font providers.
